Among Us Experiences Server Issues, Developer Responds

Among Us players who’ve been trying to play the game on Tuesday are often being met with an annoying surprise: They’re getting kicked from their lobbies repeatedly. The issue deals with the servers since many of the players getting kicked are reporting seeing a message that says the servers are overloaded.
Among Us developer InnerSloth has responded to the issue and said it’s looking into the problem and thanked players for their patience while the issue is looked at.

Among Us games first started appearing on social media early Tuesday morning when players were booted form their lobbies. It wasn’t long after those reports that InnerSloth responded to the issue via Twitter to say that it was aware of the problem.

The wood carving was stolen some time in the last two weeks.
The taonga, created by master carver Dean Flavell, is based on the taurapa washboard found of the rear of the taurapa (canoe sternpost).
The kowhaiwhai pattern carved in the background is called mangopare (hammerhead shark), a design used to represent strength and which symbolises the river.
PC Developer Issues Takedown Notice Against Its Own Game, Claims Publisher Pirated It

The Sinking City developer Frogwares has publicly accused former publisher Nacon of pirating the Lovecraftian adventure game for its recent re-release on Steam, the arrival of which put the Ukrainian studio in the weird position of asking potential customers not to purchase its own game last week.
Advertisement that the game was removed from Steam earlier today at the request of developers Frogwares, who issued a DMCA takedown notice against publisher Nacon which Valve “responded to”. Original story follows.

Epic Games Acquires Fall Guys Studio Mediatonic

“Fortnite” creator Epic Games has acquired Tonic Games Group, the parent company of “Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout” studio Mediatonic, the companies announced on Tuesday.
The companies did not disclose numbers behind the deal. A blog post on Mediatonic’s website, however, confirmed that the game will remain purchasable on Steam and PlayStation, and the previously announced plans to bring “Fall Guys” to Nintendo Switch and Xbox are still moving forward.

Mediatonic also said there are no plans to make “Fall Guys,” which costs $19.99, free-to-play, as was the case with “Rocket League.”
